View detailsFor an event serving alcohol over four hours or more, plan roughly one toilet per 50 guests, and add a unit for every additional two hours. A 200-guest wedding running into the night is comfortable on four to five units; a 1 000-person festival needs a bank of units plus separate urinal capacity to keep queues down. Give us guest numbers, start and end times and whether alcohol is served, and we will size it exactly.
VIP and executive trailers are finished inside like a bathroom — flushing toilets, hand basins with running water, mirrors, interior lighting and ventilation — and are what you want for weddings, corporate hospitality and film unit bases. Standard chemical units are the right call for festivals, markets, sports days and construction-style crowds where volume matters more than finish. Many events use both: VIP units for hospitality areas, standard units for general admission.
Wedding bookings are usually a weekend hire: delivered Friday, collected Monday. We position units out of sightlines and photo backdrops but within an easy walk of the marquee, and can supply an attendant to keep units stocked and spotless through the reception. Venues without hard standing are no problem as long as our tow vehicle can reach the placement point.
Public events need capacity planning, servicing during the event and a clear waste plan. We deploy banks of standard units with handwash stations at the ends, service mid-event on multi-day festivals, and coordinate with your event safety officer on placement, lighting and accessible provision. Municipal event permit applications often ask for the sanitation plan — we can supply a unit schedule for that submission.
Because we also hire mobile fridges, walk-in cold rooms and trailers, you can put toilets, cold storage and site logistics on one booking, one delivery window and one invoice — instead of chasing three suppliers on event day.
