Understand these and you can usually bring the number down yourself before you even call us.
Unit type
A standard chemical toilet and a VIP flushing trailer are different products. Chemical units are the budget option for sites; VIP and executive trailers carry plumbing, water and finishes, so they are quoted per event day.
How long you need it
Weekly site rates drop once you pass roughly a month, and event units are cheapest when the hire covers a single weekend rather than repeated set-up and strike trips.
Quantity
Delivery is the fixed part of every quote, so ten units on one load cost far less per unit than one unit on its own. Festival and contract volumes attract stepped rates.
Distance from our Centurion yard
Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton and the wider Gauteng metros carry standard delivery. Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West runs add travel, quoted upfront — never added afterwards.
Service frequency
Weekly servicing is standard for construction. Busy public events need daily or twice-daily servicing, which is priced into the hire rather than billed as a surprise.
Site access and extras
Level, reachable standing costs nothing extra. Crane lifts, scaffolded roof placements, generators, water tanks, attendants and out-of-hours delivery are optional line items you can see and remove.
